In law, conveyancing is the transfer of legal title of property from one person to another, or the granting of an encumbrance such as a mortgage or a lien.

A typical conveyancing transaction contains two major landmarks: the exchange of contracts (whereby equitable title passes) and completion (whereby legal title passes). Conveyancing occurs in three stages: before contract, before completion and after completion.

Purchases
Our total fee for acting on a purchase is $1,095.00 plus GST plus disbursements and standard expenses such as property searches. Through our association with Accredited Mortgage Finance Consultant Daryl Arnall of Finconnect, there is an excellent chance of us obtaining finance on more favourable terms than you can arrange for yourself.

Also depending on the size of your loan we may be able to reduce our fees (in some cases to zero) by rebating to you the introduction fee paid to us by our brokers. Finally, we do not charge for reviewing contracts that do not proceed. A real cost saver if you intend to bid at auction.

Sales
Our professional fee on sales of property are $995.00 plus GST plus disbursements and standard expenses. Again, no sale - no charge, apart from direct out of pocket expenses.
